Disappearing Act

Shadow Shot Sunday
October 9, 2011

Each weekend, people come from far and wide and post their Shadow Shots. Come have a look and find out how you can participate at Hey Harriet's Photography.

When I made chile rellenos from fresh New Mexican Green Chiles that I had brought home from my last road trip, this was all that was left on my plate. However, in taking the before and after photos of my dinner, I wasn't hunting shadows. It wasn't until after moving them from the camera that I discovered that.

Here's the plate before:

Chile Rellenos smothered with Chile Verde with beans and rice

I did take photos thoughout the process and will post a recipe soon. In the meantime, bon apetit, and have a great weekend.

Peace

That....is just sick and wrong! LOL

Not the shadow shot. Kinda cool that you've got yourself to the point that you're seeing shadows all around you.

But you DO realize all that food stuff is TOUCHING, right?

Chile rellenos is a favorite. My Mom had a great recipe. Haven't made it for a long time. I need to! I will look forward to seeing yours.
Hope you are having a great Sunday.

Well, I can certainly see why they disappeared! Yummy! :-)

SHADOW PLAY

Shadows like horses, shadow likes chicks,
Shadows like houses built with red bricks;

Shadows much taller than a high wall—
No matter their shape, I love them all!
